Semana 16-17: Días 108-118 (6-16 de Diciembre de 2016)
I forgot to say about the basketball match two weeks ago. Lina and I were to watch it, our tean won! I need to say that Dundrum basketball team (bcs) is a very good team, we were in the semi-finals. This day I met Lina, a very lovely girl. The final match was in the other school, we lost... but this was the senior team.
These are mi two last weeks here... This last week was a Little bite different because some of my classmates had a Legal studies trip so on Tuesday we were only six people in my class! In P.E class we couldn't do volleyball so we went to the Gym that we have upstairs, there are some machines, ping pong table, big balls... At the same time, we were listening to some music, it´s a good way to motivate ourselves. On Wednesdays I always have my lunch at school, even though the school finishes early. I talk with some people and have a good time instead of being at home, bored and cold waiting for the rest of the family...
The 8th we had exams during the whole day. Our timetable day was: study, English exam, break , study, maths exam, lunch, study, irish exam. 1hour long each. At the beginning I decided to revise some of my English redactions for the exam. At the time of the exam, I started to write my name, then the exercises... The exam's time wasn't enough for the exam. During the break we chatted about the exam (which I hate). I think I did very well my maths exam. At the end of this exam and after having lunch, the ones that we don't do irish, we went home.
I stayed all Friday's day at home but at the end of the day I went out with Niah to buy some Christmas stuff for a party.
Next weekend I had the worst IH trip I have ever had. We went to Galway (west) but all started in the morning, I woke up as the usual school time for me. I waited for the bus and then, as always, I went with Aurora and Marta to the meeting point. There, we went into an special bus just for the trip. Inside it, there were the Virginia students... Our responsible was Pauline, a woman who brought her daughter with us for the trip.
NOTE: I am not being pay for writing on this blog. This blog is my choice, my opinion, my diary and my experience. I will be as honest I can. I want you to enjoy it while you are reading it and learn more about Ireland if it is possible. I'm not doing any spam on purpose, I just want you to know the exactly names, things etc, this is part of the learning. All of the next text is full of sarcasm...
There was a very long way from Dublin to Galway, more or less 3 hours. I'm sorry, the next thing I will say it's a little bit disgusting but this is the truth: we were almost throwing up, with a very big headache and stomach ache. We asked Pauline to put the radio off or low the volume, she said -No, I can´t, the radio is broken, sorry- And the SHE PUT THE RADIO AT THE MAXIMUN VOLUME WITH CHRISTMAS MUSIC! Then from Galway city to Cliffs of moher are two more hours. Finally we arrived but we didn't want to do anything, we were so tired after almost 6 hours of travelling without the enough sleeping because PAULINE DIDN'T LET US TO SLEEP.
Apart of all of this. The cliff of moher were beautiful, we only saw one of them because PAULINE DIDN'T LET US. And she also gave us a very very nice advice (not nice)
-If you fell, you die...
Ok, thanks...
On the way back to the hostel, we "made" the room's groups. Then we ate in an Irish place, Irish food -No, is not good- We saw a little bit of the Christmas market, where we found a few things. We were so so tired. At night I tried to sleep but my roommates were talking so I couldn't, I decided to join them at the chat. Then all the unrealistic nigh started when the girls started to talk with a boy who says that he lives there... A long story which I can't tell. We moved to his room, we only played the bottle questions game... (only). Two 20 years boys appeared through his window. Later we moved to their room ... then to the italian's and spanish's boys room and from one room to another, from the bathroom to the hall until 5 a.m ... a man said
-It's 5a.m now you need to go to your rooms, you can't stay awake...
It was only for some drunk people... (forget about that). At 6a.m PAULINE KNOCKED AT OUR DOORS to go to the shower. At 7 a.m we were having lunch and at 7 a.m on the bus. We tried to sleep on the us because we only slept 1h ! But... we needed to stop to see a bridge, a tree and a house... All superstitious things and if we don't touch this stone, pass the door in this way, put something on this WE ARE COURSE FOR EVER as Pauline said... Thanks, again.
We arrived to Connemara to see Kylemore abbey and a castle there. It was beautiful, they let us to see it by ourselves. We had the lunch that Pauline gave to us before on the morning.... We supposed to stay at 12:45 at the bus but Pauline, her daughter... were late ON PURPOSE, they took a photo from us and laugh at us... -Hilarious (NO, NEVER)
Finally, when we though that we were on the way to Dublin, Pauline shouted, woke up us and open her mouth to say:
-Guys, sorry we have bad news. We need to change the driver and we don't have any driver, we need to find one and if we can not find a driver, I think we need to stay another night at the hostel
OH MY LORD, I couldn't believe that, I was almost crying, my friends wanted to ring their families, others were so so sick and she was as relaxed as possible HOWWW?. After 3 hours we arrived to Galway again and we stopped to go to the bathroom. Pauline "gave us" good news, she said -Guys, we found the driver, we can go home.- So now we needed 3 more hours on this f****g bus AGAIN, Listen: I think in this moment I preferred to swim on the sea to Dublin instead of being with my quiet Pauline... (Sarcasm). And yes, after a lot of hours of travelling, we FINALLY ARRIVED to Dunlin, here we said Goodbye to some of our friends, they will not study the whole year here... Between tears, hugs and nice words, we went our buses, trains, luas... on the way home. I went on the same bus as Melanie, Aurora and Marta (we all live very close to each other) We knew that we needed to stay 1hour on the bus to go home. FINALLY we arrived safe and sound at home. I went to the shower as fast as I could, I had dinner at the same time I was watching The X Factor Final. MATT TERRY won! Yeaah!. Something good needed to happen on my horrible weekend. I went into my beed and I think in one second I was sleeping... I was so tired.
Next Monday I had to go to school, I was late for my weekend. So I didn't need to go to the attention punishment at lunch time. Thanks.
Because it's Christmas and we finished our exams, we are watching Christmas films at the school. It's funny but I'm watching Home Alone 1 and 2 AT THE SAME TIME. This is my last week of school, so I emailed all my constructions' and DCG's projects to my teacher. Today, Friday, I'm getting prepared. This morning I went to print y boarding pass in dundrum. Now I'm ready...
I hope you to have a nice Christmas holydays, have a good time with your friends and family. See you!

Semanas 14-15: Días 93-107 (21 de Nov- 05 de Dic de 2016)
¡HOLA!
